Capturing a return visit and more spend!




Campaign objective:

Encourage a repeat visit after a customer has returned a voucher from a door drop leaflet for Christmas and sign up to the loyalty scheme.

Campaign structure:

Create a bounce back A5 double sided card with 3 triggered offers across the garden centre with a spend attributed link. Only for reward card customers.

Campaign results:

The garden centre reported additional revenue of £16,000 up to and including January.
